We are a user led organisation which means people with arthritis are at the heart of our work – they form our membership, are involved in all of our activities and direct what we do. ARMA is the umbrella body providing a collective voice for the arthritis and musculoskeletal community in the UK. It also has a local network in Birmingham who monitor local service provision and identify and campaign on local service issues.

PADRAGS PADRAGS are the Plymouth And District "Rheumatoid Arthritis Group" Support. They are a Support Network Group for the "National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society" This self help group provide support, information, social events and activities to those of us who live with Rheumatoid Arthritis, our partners and carers, living in the Plymouth, East Cornwall and West Devon Areas.
